Starbucks in Atlanta

Service was terrible, not only did we ask once we asked multiple times for an extra lid and they ignored us. Never coming here again such terrible baristas. We came with our school and they said they didn’t want to serve us because we’re a “terrible” school and we received terrible service overall they where rude and ignorant when all we did was be compliant with them.

Ordered a peach green tea lemonade without ice. Recieved peach green tea lemonade WITH ice. I pointed out the fact that my order called for NO ICE. She takes the cup and strains the ICED drink into another cup. No apology nor acknowledgment of the mistake. Felt like I inconvenienced her for asking for what I paid for. This tastes like peach infused water, which is definitely not what I ordered. $5.17 worth of flavored water.

I was told they were out of cocoa..... Found my own under the counter. Then was told they were out of half and half..... At a coffee shop.... Really? At least the barista did finally take the time to look for that after I noticed they didn't have whole milk either. He "magically" conjured some from under the counter. Ridiculous experience. I would expect more from a Starbucks store!

They never open up on time! That needs Improvement other than that they are ok

New staff so service and coffee quality is getting much better.

Slow Service. I ordered my drink and there was 1 person making orders and she had to make 5 drinks one at a time before mine (5 mins) and the line was clear and all of the 3 employees plus the manager stood around look as if there was nothing to do.When it came to mty drink, there was no lids. She asked me if I wanted 2 cups... really. I am calling corporate to file a complaint.

Don't open on time EVER. Been keeping track for a few weeks and will forward report to corporate office. I show up to work on time why can't they?

Awful starbucks!!!!! Made a mobile order, when I came I saw an empty pack with my name and when I asked why is this empty I was told “we run out of this item”, are you kidding me?

Each time im here i end up getting late for work, tooooo sloooww for a coffee shop in downtown, other locations it'll take 5 min max for my order but this location always wastes a few extra min.

Service was really slow.I visited 3 times whilst staying for a week in Atlanta and the first time the service was glacial. Overall a frustrating experience.Service picked up when I realised that it was one person in particular who was causing the delays. I bypassed them the two other visits and service was much improved.

I asked black lady in cashier to make my 11 yr old's frappuccino decaf. The barista did not make it decaf because the cashier did not put it in. Then later, my sister who has heart problems and is caffeine sensitive ordered a decaf also and lady again failed. My sister was able to have the frappuccino changed to a decaf in time. Otherwise, she would have been sick and gone to the hospital. The cashier should be fired.

Website says open at 7 on Sundays. We get there and CNN Center doesn't even open until 8. Wait until 8 to go in and Starbucks is one of the only restaurants not open. Really?!

Soooooooo slooooooooooow. Terrible service. Had to coach barista through an Americano. Freal, espresso and hot water was a show stopper.

I don't know what it is about the CNN center, but their food court is horrendous. The Starbucks is no exception. This comes close to the worst Starbucks location I've visited. The service was poor and the drinks/food was bad. You will likely not leave happy after visiting this Starbucks.

Quick service and good croissants. Seating is in the main Omni Plaza Square.

The hours listed are for 5:30am but the foodcourt that they are located in is not open till 6ish. All lies!!

Love this Starbucks, they tend to have a wait but the staff is very efficient and cordial. I would recommend ordering online if possible!

Amazing service! Caylee is always polite, professional, and hilarious. My visit to this Starbucks is alway quick and pleasant.

These folks at this Starbucks have the ultimate test of barista skills, efficacy and patience! Every time I come here the line is super long because it’s one of the busiest places in Atlanta to be, at all times in the CNN center. Now imagine thAt level of business and foot traffic and multiply it by 20 on super bowl Sunday which is when I was there most recently. They were on point, efficiently carrying out each and every order. My orders have always been correct and promptly carried out to me. The process was very streamline and quite impressive to watch. The cashier who rang me up was very friendly, read my order back to me to make sure it was perfect and the baristas and managers were calm cool and collected despite the madness of orders going on all around them. I imagine these folk are exhausted by the end of doing that all day. They deserve a tip and/raise I say!

Nice service

First day I ordered hot chocolate and it tasted like cigarettes. Thought it was my mind and went back the second day. This time the hot chocolate tasted like cough syrup with a hint of Cinnamon. Either they are using the same nozzles or mixing something up. There is a long queue but staff are nice and efficient. Pastry was okay and they can warm it up for you if you want.

discrimination on jews i saw a man order a drink and he was denied service

Super friendly staff! They do their best even in hectic situations, like conventions and any event going on in the area. People really should take into consideration that when multiple people are in line and several mobile orders come in at once, that it might take a short while for their orders to be ready. Patience really is a virtue!

Terrible place. They can't stand and won't serve Jewish people. Instead, they get the police to kick them out. I saw it with my own two eyes. Didn't they just give diversity training to all of their employees? Ugh! Don't go here, spend your money elsewhere.

Good and convenient

Almost always a line, but what do you expect for a coffee shop in the middle of the CNN Atrium? They move fairly quickly though. If you're in a rush, Dunkin Doughnuts tends to have a shorter line.

This Starbucks will charge you extra for steaming heavy cream. I get the same thing at every Starbucks and have never been charged extra for this. Stupid to lose a sale for that.

I usually like Starbucks, but it’s now taken over 17 minutes for me to get my drink. I’m still waiting. All i ordered was a Venti Coconut Milk Latte

Fast and friendly staff.My drink was made exactly as requested but they had some very tacky signs around the standing lounging area.

This cafe is really good.

the service was horrible, they took thirty minutes to make a caramel macchiato, and 2 hot chocolates, i was waiting for so long people that had gone after me had already gotten their drinks, there excuse was the sticker machine lost stickers. GET A NEW MACHINE
